E13 – Five Dashes Numbers Station – CIA and BND Network

Both E13 and G13 were thought to be a cooperative CIA and West German BND number stations network for destabilization operations.  This was because it’s format was similar to The Counting Station, and there was a German version of it active before it.  The English numbers station version of Five Dashes first appeared in March of 1991.  Last heard from early to mid 1993.
