V06 is the Spanish version numbers station of the Russian 6 operator. Though it’s regular operations went inactive in 2000, the station was observed on numerous special occasions.
- On September 8th, 2012, V06 sent a test transmission on 9300 kHz at 07:05 UTC.
- On February 6th, 2014, a full V06 transmission was made.
- In May of 2016, V06’s voice was used during a training session along with V23 which is another inactive station.
- V06 transmitted again on January 29th, 2020 using a known test ID 975.
- V06 was last observed sending a null message on March 24th, 2020.
