E17 – The English Lady Numbers Station History and Profile

E17 was a numbers station that didn’t have an actual schedule like it’s counterparts, but it was heard very often with a strong signal in the US.  It sent a new message the first two weeks of a month, then null messages afterwards.  It follows the same format as E06, but had a different voice and schedule.
