Database Intro

This database is for logging the details of numbers stations and related broadcasts.

When adding a log please add as much information as you can. This includes transcribing the message if audible. For XPA broadcasts, a decode by using Rivet is preferred.

Waterfall shots are not necessary unless there is a noticeable difference from the station's regular behavior or emission mode.
