F11 was a Polish digital mode numbers station that transmitted numbers in FSK modes. It most commonly used FSK 100/620 but sometimes used FSK 100/740. F11 went inactive in December of 2018 and was replaced by F03 and P03. It was originally ID’d as FSK POL.
F11 commonly transmitted before many E11, S11a, and M03 schedules, sending the same message as the others did. It also usually transmitted within 1 MHz away from these other schedules. F11 always sent an identical transmission 5 minutes later.
