F03 and P03 Digital Mode Number Stations

F03 (FSK and MFSK) and P03 (PSK) are Polish number stations that use a custom modem to send digital messages.  First spotted in 2010.

Schedule

These number stations transmit twice weekly year-round UTC.  They consist of 2 similar transmissions 5 minutes apart.  Each day of the week usually has it’s own message that repeats every week and changes at the beginning of the next month.  Null messages have never been sent in these modes.

Most digital transmissions are associated with E11 and S11a and are usually sent on the same days when they’re active as well.

There are 12 active variants of F03 and P03 with different emission modes.
