V07 was a Spanish numbers station first discovered in 1995. It originally used a male voice, and was nicknamed The Spanish Man. Then the voice changed to female in 2001. The original voice was also so high pitched it could still be mistaken for a female voice. The station formerly transmitted in USB and switched to AM in 2011. Similar to E07’s structure, this numbers station broadcasts a message three times on separate frequencies 20 minutes apart. The frequency changes by 1-2 MHz higher or lower for each successive transmission.
