Russian Military Shortwave Radio Comms Archive from the Ukraine War

Since the start of the renewed full Russian invasion into Ukraine, shortwave radio listeners have been listening in on many of Russia’s open military communications.  Below is a comprehensive list of timestamps, logs, and recordings.  These logs and recordings were provided by NSRIC staff member Boeing E-8C and listeners from Project Owl.

Note to journalists: These transcripts and recordings may be used as long as The Numbers Stations Research and Information Center (www.numbers-stations.com) is credited.  If a recording is not available for a certain log, and you wish to see it then please request it at [email protected].  We do not have complete recordings of everything here however.
